1. The Journey Eight vacation voucher entitles the recipient to eight (8) days and seven (7) nights of resort accommodations at one of the locations described. To be eligible for this voucher, you must be 21 years of age or older. 

2. Reservations may only be made by calling a Take a Getaway Booking Agent at (800) 566-8281. All reservations are subject to Journey Eight’s availability and allotment of rooms. 

3. You must notify us of your dates a minimum of 30 days prior to your requested arrival date. 

4. After you have called to reserve your dates, you will receive an email confirmation with your check-in instructions. No dates are guaranteed until you have received a resort confirmation (via email and/or U.S. postal mail) from Take a Getaway. 

5. Please print your email confirmation and bring it as well as two forms of identification (i.e., driver’s license and a major credit card) to your resort as they must be presented upon check-in. 

6. This vacation voucher provides resort accommodations for two (2) adults and two (2) children. Children must be under the age of 18 and must stay in their parents’ room. Sorry, no pets allowed. 

7. Your travel must be completed by the expiration date, which is 18 months from the date of your purchase. Upgrades to a two- or three-bedroom unit may be available in select destinations. Ask your reservation agent for upgrade information when you submit your travel request. 

8. All accommodations are 3-star or better resorts. Some destinations may have limited availability during peak seasons and holidays. 

9. This voucher is valid for resort accommodations only, in a one-bedroom unit and does not include transportation, hotel taxes, resort fees (approximately $5 - $40/per night), meals, incidentals or any other miscellaneous taxes and fees, all of which are the purchasers’ responsibility. Take a Getaway, its affiliates, agents, assignees, licensees, and designees, act only as agents for resorts and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons-or property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided. Obtaining travel protection is recommended and can be added to your reservation at time of booking. Ask your Booking Agent for additional details. 

10. As a Journey Eight customer, (a) I hereby expressly consent to receive calls, including autodialed and/or pre-recorded telemarketing calls and text messages, from or on behalf of Take a Getaway and its affiliates, licensees, administrators, and marketing partners at the telephone number(s) I provided regarding my Journey Eight vacation voucher and their other products and services and (b) I understand that my consent is not a condition of purchase. 

11. All reservations are final and non-refundable. Name changes are not permitted. 

12. This offer is not valid for group travel, which is two or more vacation vouchers used concurrently. 

13. Journey Eight is not sponsored by, related to, or affiliated with any resort or casino; or their respective affiliates, products, services or brands. 

14. This vacation voucher is fully transferrable prior to confirming your resort reservation. Once you have reserved your resort stay, this vacation voucher is no longer transferrable. 

15. This Vacation Voucher is an offer to sell travel issued under license by Time Travel of Pompano Beach, Inc. Fla Seller of Travel Reg. No. 23515. 

16. Portions of this Vacation Voucher may be administered and fulfilled by Take a Getaway: Fla. Seller of Travel Reg. No ST36512; CST No. 2099004-50. California law requires certain Sellers of Travel to have a trust account or bond. This business has a bond issued by California, Office of the Attorney General in the amount of $10,000.
